Hi, I'm Jason Faist. With over 20 years of experience in landscape construction, outdoor living, and landscape lighting design and installation, I founded Iron Horse Lighting with one goal: to provide homeowners with a dedicated outdoor lighting specialist they can trust.

As an owner-operated company, I personally oversee every project—from the initial consultation and custom design to installation, final nighttime adjustments, and ongoing service. I believe great projects are built on honest communication, realistic expectations, and complete transparency.

My goal is to keep you informed every step of the way, provide clear timelines, and deliver exactly what we promise. It's the same level of service and accountability I would expect from someone working on my own home.

20+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

My background includes more than two decades in landscape construction, outdoor living, ponds and waterfalls, and landscape lighting. Combined with over a decade working for a leading landscape lighting manufacturer, I understand not only how to design beautiful systems, but also how to select the right products, install them properly, and ensure they perform reliably for years to come.

HOCKEY OFFICIAL

For more than 25 years, I've officiated hockey across North America and currently officiate in the OHL, entering my 20th season. Throughout my career, I've also worked in the AHL, ECHL, CHL, and OHA, where I've developed a strong commitment to preparation, consistency, integrity, and sound judgment.

By day, I proudly serve as a firefighter, where integrity, accountability, and attention to detail are part of everyday life. Those same values carry over into every Iron Horse Lighting project, with a commitment to honest communication, safe installation practices, and doing the job right the first time.
