This beautiful custom home overlooking the golf course already featured a professionally installed landscape lighting system, but as the property matured, it was ready for an upgrade.

We carefully repurposed many of the existing fixtures, replacing older technology with modern integrated LED fixtures while seamlessly matching the original architectural bronze finish. By adding strategically placed fixtures throughout the landscape, we created a more balanced and cohesive lighting design that highlights the property's mature trees, gardens, and architecture—enhancing everything that was already there while preserving the original vision.

Highlights:

• Upgraded to premium Kichler® Integrated LED fixtures in an AZT (Architectural Bronze) finish, replacing older-style fixtures while maintaining a seamless, consistent appearance throughout the property.
• Reconfigured the cable runs across three lighting zones, balancing the electrical loads while repurposing many of the existing fixtures and strategically relocating them where they would have the greatest impact.
• Expanded the lighting design to better showcase the property's mature landscape and stunning front elevation, creating a balanced, natural look that highlights the home's architectural features while improving ambience, curb appeal, safety, and security after dark.

Our custom lighting design brought the entire property together, creating a warm, inviting space that truly comes to life once the sun goes down.

• 5 smart transformers power 15 independently controlled lighting zones throughout the property, providing balanced electrical loads, flexible scheduling, and room for future expansion.

Following an extensive renovation, this beautiful home featured multiple outdoor living spaces that were ready to be enjoyed but lacked the lighting to truly bring them to life after dark. Working closely with the homeowners, we designed a custom lighting system that reflected their love of entertaining, creating warm, inviting ambience throughout the backyard while maintaining a polished, elegant look at the front of the home.

The result is a thoughtfully layered lighting design that enhances the property's architecture and landscaping, extends the enjoyment of the outdoor spaces well into the evening, and provides added safety, security, and peace of mind—all while bringing the client's vision to life.

Highlights:

• A combination of premium Kichler® and in-lite® fixtures was used to best suit the client's vision. in-lite recessed integrated fixtures work exceptionally well in both decking and paver applications, providing a clean, flush-mounted finish while seamlessly blending into the surrounding hardscape.
• RGBW downlights and line lights were incorporated throughout the outdoor bar area to create a fun, entertaining atmosphere after dark. Colours, brightness, and lighting scenes can all be customized and controlled directly through the in-lite app.
• A variety of specialized fixtures were thoughtfully placed throughout the property's lush gardens to provide layered up-lighting and down-lighting, while practical path and accent lighting enhances the walkways, front entrance, safety, and security without overpowering the natural beauty of the landscape.
